| Browsing The Menu | |
| Udi’s menu allows you to
browse through all the items as well as retrieve information about each
item which includes descriptions, ingredients, and prices. The item name
is a link which will open a pop-up window with a full description. You
can close the pop-up window by clicking on the “close this window”
button. You do not have to login or to have an account in order to browse our menu. |

| Ordering From The Menu | |
| However, as you might know, you can’t
be satiated only by browsing… It’s time to order our handcrafted
food! We built this website in a way so that the ordering process will
be easy, friendly, and straightforward. All you have to do is browse through
the menu categories, choose items from the list, set quantity or number
of people and customize if needed. You do not have to login or have an account to start the ordering process. You can login or create an account at any time during the process or during the checkout process. (read more in “checkout” section). |

| Select the item |  |
| On the left of each item in the menu, you will find an empty check box. In order to select an item click on the box. Once box is checked, the item has been selected. | |
| Set quantity |  |
| This is where you set how many units of specific item you would like to order (no more than 100). | |
| Set number of people or guests |  |
| Some of our trays are based on the number of guests you would like to host. When selecting a tray indicate the number of people (minimum 8 and no more than 100). The price for these trays is per person (pp). | |
| Customize the item | |
| Some of our items come with the customization
option that allows you to add labels or notes to the item as well as to
select a side salad if it is part of the deal. You can customize the items by checking the empty “customize” checkbox. Once you checked it, a pop-up window will appear as many options as unites ordered. For example if you set the quantity for 7 you will get 7 customization lines – one for each item (Please remember to set the quantity before you start the customization). |

| Customize > Label | |
| This is where you can indicate a label to accompany this specific item. (usually a person’s name) |  |
| Customize > Side salad or salad dressing | |
| Some of the items give you an option to pick which side salad you would like with the main dish or salad dressing if you selected lunch salad. The default will be an assorted side salad or dressing. |  |
| Customize > Notes | |
| This is where you can add comments or special requests such as “no onion”, “no mayo” or “cookie for dessert” etc. We cannot guarantee to fulfill every request but we promise to do our best. |  |
| The customize pop up window is very easy to operate:
After you set your customization you can reset the information by clicking on the “reset” button. Then, in order to adjust your customization click the “apply” button. Finally you can close the entire customize pop-up window by clicking on the “close this window” link. |

| The customize function is always optional. If you do not want to deal with it, simply ignore it and it will go to the default position which means: no label, no note and an assorted side salad. | |
| Add Items to Your Cart |  |
| Once you selected and customized the items, click the “add to cart” button in order to add the items to your cart. Don’t worry, you may still edit your order if you would like after adding to the cart. Read more about editing your order in the “shopping cart” section or under the “Checkout Process” section. | |
| The Add to Cart Monitoring Page |  |
| After adding the items to your cart you will be referred to a monitoring page that will indicate the items in your shopping cart. This mid step enables you to organize your order and to get feedback regarding your last action. From here you have four options to continue: | |
| Continue Shopping | |
| Keep browsing the menu and order additional items from the menu if you would like. | |
| Go Back | |
| Allows you to return to the last menu category and to add or change your order. | |
| Modify Cart | |
| Will take you straight to your shopping cart modification page in order to modify your entire order (Read more in the “Shopping Cart Modification Page” section) | |
| Continue to Checkot | |
| Go straight to the step by step checkout process in order to complete your order (Read more in the “Checkout Process” section). | |
